Each banjo has a lifetime warranty
Details:
- If it’s a goof of mine that needs to be fixed, I pay for shipping and repairs.
- If a customer wants a banjo more customized to fit their needs after they get it, I will do the labor for free if the customer pays for shipping.
- If damage occurs to the banjo, I do the labor for free, the customer pays for shipping and materials.
- I do free repairs on damages, so I can see how my craftsmanship holds up to stresses. I don’t learn a thing if somebody else fixes one of my banjos.
