This is a 10 shoe minstrel style slot head banjo. My first banjos were all minstrels and I used to offer a similar 10L model. So, this is a combo of both earlier models. It has an solid ash neck and a curly red oak rim, both dyed a brown mahogany color. The rim is 12" two ply that is 5/16" thick. It has a goat skin head. This banjo is headed to Manchester, MO.
